A Shaky Christmas
I was taking a picture of Hernibs new crochet creation the other night and wasn’t quite steady enough but it did expand our Christmas lights.
Merry Christmas to all!

Catio by Christmas Light
Mocha’s catio (cat patio) in snowy weather. She has been enjoying the opportunity to be able to get outside but with the arrival of the snow her days are spent inside closer to the fire.

Last night I got my first successful shots of Venus and the stars. These were taken with a fully open aperture and a 30 second shutter speed. Apparently you don’t want to go any longer than 30 seconds or else the earth’s rotation becomes evident and the stars will start to elongate. Anyway, I’m now looking forward to more experimentation.
